Hi, I'm Philip Henein, a master's-level Registered Clinical Counsellor serving clients across Ontario & British Columbia. Through my own recovery from severe anxiety, I discovered evidence‑based tools that transform fear into confidence and connection. Today, I help adults, couples and families heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and relationship wounds.

From Sufferer to Therapist

My journey with panic began abruptly in 2006 when a high‑pressure job collapsed. Misdiagnosed heart issues, relentless panic attacks, depersonalization and chronic hypervigilance turned my life upside down. Over years of trial and error, I learned deep relaxation, rewired limiting beliefs, and found my way back to safety. That lived experience informs every session I deliver—because I know recovery is possible.
